2024-2025 Community Arts Management and Planning Program (CAMP)
- In our inaugural year of the program, OKC Midtown Rotary Foundation contributed $800 to the Paseo Arts Association’s Robbie Kienzle Workshop Series, allocating $200 for the food budget and $600 for administrative expenses.
- We also provided Oklahoma Visual Arts Coalition with $1,100 for their Artist Survival Kit Workshops, which covered speaker fees and the food budget.
- We awarded $1,000 each to four local visual artists to support their upcoming art projects and exhibitions. These funds assisted the artists with supplies and expenses, enabling them to successfully complete their projects. 2024-2025 artist grant recipients were:
- Carlos Barboza
- VC Torneden
- Deanna Wong
- Tania Landers
Funded by OKC Midtown Rotary’s Community Arts Management and Planning Program (CAMP)
This grant application is open to visual artists who have a project or exhibition scheduled within 12 months of the application closing date in Oklahoma, Guthrie, or Logan counties.
The grant, which provides up to $1,000 per recipient, is intended to assist artists with expenses such as materials, venue rental, and other exhibition-related costs.
Applicants must complete the form accurately and provide all required information to be considered. All submissions will be considered by a committee.
Awardee Requirements:
Grant recipients will be required to present their project to OKC Midtown Rotary during one of our weekly meetings, held on Tuesdays at 6:00 PM at McNellie’s Pub in Oklahoma City.
Important Dates:
- Submission Deadline: February 28, 2025, at 11:59 PM
- Notification: Artists will be informed of their application status via email by March 15, 2025.
